Cullen Bay Hotel, Cullen

The hotel was nice, with a beautiful sea view in the morning and well-equipped rooms. However, it wasn't very good value for money. The service was very accommodating and they work hard to ensure customers return, but there were some disappointments. The location was great for touring the coast and the town itself was enjoyable, but without an explanation for the 40-minute wait. The dining experience was great with a fantastic view of the bay and well-cooked meals, yet of average cost. The hotel has lovely refurbished facilities.

The hotel offers a great view of the bay and the sea, but the rooms need refurbishment and soundproofing. The dining experience is enjoyable with attentive staff, though the lack of croissants was disappointing. Service is friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall stay.

The hotel is located overlooking the beach of Cullen Bay, which is fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy, offering everything we needed, though not the most luxurious. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The dining options were excellent with locally sourced, well-cooked meals. A small shower/toilet room was the only drawback in an otherwise lovely location for exploring the Moray Firth.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a brilliant sea view, even though they were a bit dated, they were very functional. The service was awesome throughout the weekend, and the staff even rustled up tasty scampi and chips to our room with a terrific vista of Cullen Bay. The location overlooking Cullen Bay was beautiful, and the dining experience with beautiful sea views was equally delightful, with plenty of choices. The facilities were great, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
